Country-Style Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. country-style pork ribs, cut in serving size pieces
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
    3 thin lemon slices or 1 Tbsp. concentrated lemon juice
Preparation
    Simmer ribs, covered, in salted water that just covers ribs for about 1 hour.
    Use large kettle.
