Italian Sausage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Italian style sausage, skinned
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 large onions
3 cans beef broth or bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. red wine
1/2 tsp. basil
3 Tbsp. parsley
3 c. noodles
1/2 green pepper
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain.
Add all ingredients except noodles. Simmer together 30 minutes.
Add noodles and simmer 25 minutes more.
If you want more of a stew consistency, use only 1/2 the beef broth.
