Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. sliced peaches
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 tsp. shortening
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Stir in peaches and lemon juice.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickens and boils.
    Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour in ungreased 2-quart casserole.
    Keep mixture hot in oven.
