Baked Chicken In Sherry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. flour
1 stick butter or oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion
1/2 c. white sherry wine
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Salt and pepper chicken in flour.
Brown butter.
Then place in baking dish.
Pour off half of the dripping.
Saute onion in same skillet.
Add soup, wine and milk.
Stir well.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
