Mexican Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
2 cans whole corn
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix
3/4 c. oil
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. jalapeno pepper (hot)
Preparation

Drain corn.
Chop peppers.
Add all ingredients; mix well. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
