Peggy'S Easy Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. brandy or rum
    pinch of salt
    whipped cream
Preparation
    In electric blender, combine chocolate chips, sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs.
    Heat milk to scalding point.
    Pour hot milk into blender.
    Cover and blend for 1 minute.
    Pour into 4 cups and chill until set.
    Garnish with whipped cream.
    This is very rich and makes 8 good-sized servings.
