Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. water
    2 eggs
    2 slices soft bread, torn in pieces
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. shredded cheese
    pepper, as desired
Preparation
    Cook squash and salt in water until tender.
    Mix all ingredients, except 1/4 cup of cheese.
    Mix well and pour into greased 1-quart dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
