Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large carrots
1/2 green pepper
6 to 8 medium mushrooms
8 oz. uncooked pasta shells
1/4 c. Italian dressing
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Clean and peel carrots.
Clean mushrooms; slice all vegetables and steam until soft.
Cook pasta according to directions.
Drain pasta in colander and rinse with cold water to cool quickly. Drain thoroughly and place in large bowl.
Add vegetables and stir.
Add Italian dressing and gently stir until covered. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Chill in refrigerator.
Serves a lot.
Great for road trips or pre-game meals.
