Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pan cornbread
6 eggs
1 c. chopped onions
1 chicken, boiled and boned (save broth)
1/2 can canned milk
salt and pepper
2 or 3 slices bread or biscuits
1 stick butter
Preparation

Crumble
cornbread
in
large
container.
Pour
enough broth over
cornbread
until
moist.
Dissolve
bread
in hot water. Add to cornbread mixture.
Cook onions in small amount of water until tender.
Drain and add to mixture.
Add slightly beaten eggs to milk; combine with cornbread mixture.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake
at
350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until golden brown and middle is firm.
