Easy Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix
    all ingredients together.
    (Cheese may be mixed in or sprinkled on top.) Turn into a greased 2-quart oblong Pyrex dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
