Sausage Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. bulk sausage
    1 lb. shredded sharp cheese
    1 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
Preparation
    Mix sausage, cheese and biscuit mix.
    Shake into walnut size balls.
    Place on a rack on a cookie sheet.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve warm.
