Crispy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dip chicken in evaporated milk poured into a bowl.
    Roll chicken in corn flakes.
    Put chicken in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 1 to 2 hours or until tender in a 350\u00b0 oven.
