Marinated Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken (legs, thighs or wings)
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    garlic to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chicken together.
    Layer chicken in tinfoil in an 8 x 11-inch pan.
    Pour mixture over chicken. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Can be baked at 325\u00b0 in a sauce or barbecued.
