Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices chopped bacon, fried
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 lb. boiled potatoes (6)
    1 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Cook bacon, sugar, salt, pepper, cider vinegar, brown mustard and flour together.
    Add potatoes and celery.
    Serve hot or cold.
