Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. cucumber
    1 c. tomato, seeded
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
    2 1/2 to 3 c. tomato juice or V-8
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
    1 clove garlic (on a toothpick)
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce or to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt to taste
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Chop finely and combine green pepper, cucumber and tomato. Chill.
    Combine all other ingredients in pitcher and chill for at least 4 hours.
