Green Beans And Swiss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans green beans, drained
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
-
Stir margarine, flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
Add sour cream until bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Add beans.
Sprinkle on cheese, then crumbs, then pour on melted margarine.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
