Shrimp And Scallops In Garlic Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    12 oz. shrimp and scallops or just shrimp or just scallops
Preparation
    Place butter in custard cup.
    Microwave at High for 30 to 45 seconds until melted.
    Stir in garlic powder and parsley flakes. Place shrimp in 9 or 10-inch diameter dish.
    Pour butter mixture evenly over shrimp.
    Cover tightly with Saran Wrap.
    Microwave 5 to 8 minutes, until shrimp are opaque, stirring every 2 minutes. Let stand, covered, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
    Serve.
