Frozen Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. stew meat, frozen
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 oz. brown gravy mix
    10 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
Preparation
    Combine beer, gravy mix and onion soup in crock-pot.
    Add rest of ingredients and push in pot until moistened.
    Cook all day on low.
