Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
3/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
paprika
1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
1/4 c. mayo
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In 1 1/2-quart casserole, layer potatoes and onion.
Melt butter or margarine; stir in flour and cook until foamy. Gradually stir in chicken broth and mayo.
Cook until sauce bubbles and thickens.
Season and pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
