Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 8-oz. cans Veg-All
    2 8-oz. cans corn, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise OR Miracle Whip
    1 c. grated cheddar
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    2-3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix together the Veg-All, corn, celery, onion, mayonnaise, and cheddar, and put in an oven-proof casserole dish.
    Crush the Ritz crackers and mix with the melted butter.
    Sprinkle/spread the cracker mixture over the vegetable mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, or until cracker mixture is lightly browned.
