Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    6 saltines, crushed
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1 small onion, minced
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Toss all ingredients together, mixing lightly, but thoroughly. Spoon mixture evenly into 1-quart utility dish.
    Do not pack. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes on level #7.
    Use sol-cook setting on rr-7d.
    Make a sauce with ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire; pour over loaf and bake for 5 minutes before slicing.
