Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    flour
    oil
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken.
    Coat with flour and brown in skillet.
    Add broth and mustard.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
