Hot Nacho Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. can tomatoes (Italian style), chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 small can chopped green chiles
    2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    In large saucepan, saute onion and pepper in grease.
    Add tomatoes, flour, chili powder and green chiles.
    Stir and cook until thickened.
    Add Velveeta cheese and stir on low heat until cheese melts.
    Serve with nacho chips.
    Makes about 5 cups. Freezes well!
