Turkey Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. turkey necks, cut up
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. chicken broth or water
    1 c. onions, diced
    2 c. okra
    2 c. tomatoes, chopped
    1/3 c. rice
    salt to taste
    parsley sprigs, chopped
Preparation
    Cut turkey necks up and flour lightly.
    Saute in butter until brown.
    Combine turkey and broth and simmer covered for 40 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except parsley.
    Simmer for 20 minutes more.
    Add more broth if desired and sprinkle with parsley.
    Serves 2 to 4.
