Turkey Scaloppini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. turkey cutlets or chicken breasts
1/2 c. Marsala wine
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Pound and flour meat.
Saute in olive oil until golden brown. Season with garlic salt and pepper.
Set aside.
In pan over high heat, add wine, garlic and oregano.
Sprinkle flour and blend. Add mushrooms and stir until mushrooms are covered.
Add chicken and turn until covered with sauce.
Serve immediately.
