Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. meat of choice
8 oz. tomato sauce
12 oz. beer
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. paprika
1/8 c. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chili powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. cumin
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/4 c. flour
2 cans kidney beans
Preparation

Sear meat.
Drain off fat.
Add tomato sauce and beer.
Stir in all ingredients except flour.
Cover pot and simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Stir flour into warm water to make a thick flowable paste.
Add to chili.
Simmer additional 15 to 20 minutes.
If desired, add beans now.
