Cottage Cheese-Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. buttered baking dish
    6 large potatoes, cooked
    3 Tbsp. grated onion or more according to taste
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with jacket on.
    Peel and slice and place in baking dish.
    Sprinkle onion, salt and pepper over potatoes. Combine cottage cheese and sour cream and spoon over potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Serves 8.
