Beef Stroganoff (Skillet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 stick oleo
    1 (3 1/2 oz. No. 1) can mushrooms
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    2 garlic buttons, chopped fine
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Saute beef in 1/2 of oleo in heavy skillet.
    In another skillet, saute with remaining oleo, mushrooms, onions and garlic until clear.
    Combine with beef.
    Add catsup, vinegar and sour cream.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Serve on hot rice or noodles.
