Pineapple "Delight" Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 large vanilla pudding mix (do not use instant)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip or whipped cream
flaked coconut
Preparation

Bake the cake according to directions using a 9 x 13-inch pan. Let cool.
Combine sugar and pineapple, heating and stirring, until sugar dissolves.
