Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
Mix cream cheese with 1 cup butter and flour.
Mix well.
Divide dough into 4 balls.
Roll one ball at a time onto floured surface.
Roll into a circle.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar/cinnamon mixture and nuts.
Cut into 16 pie shaped pieces and roll from wide end placing point down onto greased cookie sheet.
