Chicken Corn Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. chicken broth
2 c. diced chicken
2 c. corn (freshly cut off cob or frozen)
1 c. homemade noodles
1 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Bring broth to boil.
Add corn, noodles, celery, parsley, salt and pepper.
Boil 5 minutes; then add chicken.
Garnish with hard-boiled eggs, if desired.
