Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (save 3 c. broth)
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. rice
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. blanched almonds
Preparation

Cook and chop chicken breasts.
Mix first 7 ingredients with 3 cups of broth.
Put in greased casserole dish. Mix 2 cups Rice Krispies with 1/2 stick melted margarine and put on top of chicken mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 2 casseroles.
Add grated cheese if desired. If you freeze, do not put Rice Krispies on until ready to cook.
