Shannon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 small can tomato sauce
    6 to 8 oz. thin egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic; drain fat.
    In separate bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese and tomato sauce.
    Add beef and cooked noodles to sauce and mix well.
    Bake at approximately 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes (until top is bubbling.)
    Serve with a little Parmesan cheese sprinkled.
    It's delicious!
