Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. garlic, tomato and onion spaghetti sauce
    3/4 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    10 plain crackers or bread crumbs (1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly.
    Press into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan; bake 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
    Drain; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 8.
