Banana Whole Wheat Bread(Diabetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine, melted
3/4 c. granulated sugar replacement
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 bananas, mashed
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. boiling water
Preparation

With electric mixer, beat margarine, sugar replacement, eggs and banana until smooth.
Sift together twice the all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda.
Stir whole wheat flour into the all-purpose flour mixture.
Add dry ingredients with boiling water to the banana mixture (add extra water if mixture is too dry). Pour into well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool slightly in pan.
Remove to wire rack for final cooling.
