Honey Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

2 large eggs
1/4 c. honey
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 graham cracker crust
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Prepare crust.
With electric mixer, beat eggs until foamy, about 1 minute.
Add honey, milk, pumpkin, spice, salt and orange juice concentrate.
Beat until well blended.
Pour pumpkin filling into graham cracker crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted off center comes out clean.
Garnish with orange zest, if desired.
