Allie'S Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple chunks
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Drain juice from pineapple; save.
Mix juice, sugar, cornstarch and egg.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Set aside to cool.
When mixture is cool, stir in pineapple chunks, cheese and pecans.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
