Zucchini Walnut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. walnuts (chopped into medium pieces)
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs and gradually add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Combine the dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
Fold in zucchini, raisins and walnuts.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans (9 x 5 x 2-inches).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
