Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    3 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine oats, brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour and butter.
    Sprinkle 1/2 into 8-inch square baking pan.
    Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, rhubarb and water.
    Spoon onto oat mixture.
    Cover with remaining oat mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
