Mushroom A La Graque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. whole small mushrooms
    2 c. water
    juice of 3 lemons
    1 minced clove garlic
    1 branch whole fennel or 1/2 tsp. dried fennel
    1 tsp. freshly chopped chervil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    8 peppercorns
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 sliced stalk celery
    1/4 c. butter
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients, including mushrooms to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Turn into a bowl.
    Cool, then marinate overnight in refrigerator. Yields 6 servings.
