Grated Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
