Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 c. milk or Carnation milk
2-inch sq. margarine
Preparation
-
Mix in order given. Cook in double boiler until margarine melts and filling is hot. Pour into 2 (9-inch) regular unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
