Microwave Baked Fish Fillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 lemon, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Arrange fish in dish with thin sections in center.
    Arrange onion slices over fish.
    Pour margarine evenly over fish.
    Arrange lemon slices over onion.
    Cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes on High power, rotating dish 1/4 turn halfway through cooking time.
    Fish is ready when it starts to flake.
    Rest 5 minutes.
    Serve.
