Baked Pork Chops And Beer Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 trimmed pork chops
    1 tsp. crushed garlic
    1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2 thinly sliced medium onions
    2 Tbsp. oil or margarine
    1 can mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. beef broth
    1/2 c. beer
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven.
    Rinse chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Coat with flour by rolling or shaking in a bag.
    Heat oil and garlic in frypan and brown chops on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.
    Place chops in a baking dish.
    Saute mushrooms and onions in the same pan, about 4 minutes, until slightly tender and top the chops.
