Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 can pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    In large bowl combine all the ingredients.
    Beat at medium speed until mixed well.
    Add 1 cup raisins and 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour equally between three 8 x 4-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pans.
    Cool before slicing.
