Poultry Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion or chives
    1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury quick crescent rolls
    3/4 c. crushed seasoned croutons
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a bowl, blend cream cheese and 2 tablespoons margarine until soft.
    Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk, chives and pimiento, mixing well.
    Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles.
    Spoon 1/2 cup poultry mixture onto center of each rectangle.
    Pull four corners of dough to top; twist slightly and seal edges.
    Brush top with remaining margarine.
    Dip in crouton crumbs.
    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
