Deviled Crabmeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crabmeat
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove all pieces of shell from crabmeat, taking care to keep crab in as large pieces as possible.
    Saute pepper and onion in half of the butter until tender.
    Mix remaining butter with flour; stir in milk to make a paste.
    Simmer and stir until it thickens. Add pepper, onions, crabmeat, egg, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Grease 6 crab shells and fill with the mixture.
    Sprinkle crumbs with paprika over the tops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
