Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and salt; add 3 cups milk gradually.
Mix until thick and bubbly.
Add one cup of mixture to 4 egg yolks. Mix, then return to mixture and cook a little longer.
Add vanilla and coconut; pour into baked pie shell.
