Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 box sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
4 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
1 pt. fresh strawberries, cut up
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine the water and cornstarch; stir completely.
Cook over medium heat until it thickens.
Cool completely.
Add the strawberry Jell-O and Sweet 'N Low; mix completely.
Add cut up strawberries; mix well.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Cover; refrigerate until set.
Serve with Cool Whip and a few strawberries on top of Cool Whip.
