Ingredients

4 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
4 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 graham cracker crumb crust
Preparation

Melt peanut butter and brown sugar in a saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Add ice cream and stir until mixture is well blended.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle crushed peanuts or bits of cracker crumbs on top.
Put in freezer.
Serve with whipped topping, if desired.
